The main problem of adding plural nouns is that you have to enforce agreement between subject and verb in a sentence and between determiner and noun in a noun phrase. You need a feature to record the number of nouns, verbs, and determiners. Use the technique of adding an extra argument (that we also used to model the case of pronouns) for representing the number feature in the DCG.
