There are plenty of tools and utilities available on the Internet to help expand your web page creativity. Lots of pages are dedicated to web tutorials, with many folks eager to show you a new web trick -- and how they did it. Surf and learn.

Editors

Because HTML is text-based, any simple editor or word processor can be used to create web documents. Just make sure to save your documents as plain text. There are also several editors available especially for web page development. Check out these sites for both commercial and free editors you can download.

Client-side Image Maps A good tutorial on making pictures with "hot spots" that take you to different places.
