  • Alt-Tab in Windows for switching applications (hold down Alt and press Tab. Notice what happens if you do Alt-Shift-Tab.)

  • The task automation software shown below. You use this interface to schedule housekeeping tasks. As shown on the left, you set the date and time with the buttons shown (and this is the only way to do it.) When you press "Set Time", you get the interface shown on the right. You change the time with the mouse as indicated. (Each click will move one unit (hour or minute) forward.) After pressing OK, the time will be filled in as shown on the left (the highlight is the user's doing -- not the program's.)
