I have co-authored a book called 'Learn Prolog Now!'. It has an online version.
Before moving to Union I was a postdoc in the ArticuLab at Northwestern University. And before that I did a joint PhD at the Department of Computational Linguistics at Saarland University in Saarbrücken, Germany and at Loria in Nancy, France in the group Langue et Dialogue (which then became Talaris and is now Synalp).
My research interests are in computational linguistics. In particular, I am interested in natural language generation, computational semantics and pragmatics, dialog systems and embodied conversational agents.
I am currently teaching Data Structures (CSC 150) and Can Computers Think? (Introduction to Computer Science) (CSC 106).
